Sr. Enterprise IT Program Management Analyst Job Description

As a Sr. Enterprise IT Program Management Analyst you will provide direct enterprise cloud program management and engineering support throughout the system development lifecycle (SDLC).

Your essential job functions will include but may not be limited to:

• Provide systems engineering and program management support for a modern cloud computing environment.
• Guide legacy systems migration to a modern platform and assisting with the adoption.
• Develop and maintain organizational level enterprise IT as a service strategy.
• Act as a translator for critical system program managers and cloud engineering performers.
• Design enterprise and systems security throughout the development life cycle; translate technology and environmental conditions into security designs and processes.
• Design and develop security requirements that mitigates risk while maintaining operational capability.
• Develop quantitative success criteria for technical readiness.
• Interface with Government program managers and other Government stakeholders to explain IT goals and mitigations relative to their priorities of cost and schedule.

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a security clearance is required for this position
• 20+ years of Technical and Team Leadership experience 
• DoD Special Access Programs: Must have experience with the Special Access Program (SAP) Community.
• Recent and relevant experience guiding executing large-scale technology development programs 

          Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Master degree in related discipline desired
